A "Same Day Delivery" Request will be charged an additional $25 service fee for any orders requested the same day of the event.
Why? Although, we strive to provide the best 5 Star Experience to all of our customers, deliveries are planned and routed accordingly every Thursday for weekends and possible weekday deliveries. Adding same day requests to pre-planned routes requires our drivers to re-route & pick up those "same day request" orders to make it to your event for your guests full enjoyment.
Do you require a Booking Fee?
Yes: All rentals require a $50 Booking Fee that's included in the balance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our card processing system is PayPal. (NO ACCOUNT NECESSARY TO PAY).
Step 1: At checkout, select "PAY BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD" to be routed to PayPal site.
Step 2: If you do not have an account with PayPal, simply click "PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD"
When do I make my final payment?
All payments are due upon delivery or can be prepaid using our website. When you book your rental, you will be provided a confirmation email with "PAYMENT LINK" to pay via PayPal.
What is the "Cancellation/Refund" Policy?
(BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
Customers are free to cancel any bookings 8 days PRIOR to your event.
On days 2 through 7, a raincheck will be issued for you to use at a later date up to 3 months. For any Cancellations on the day of event, the payment received will be forfeited.
What if it rains the day of my event?
We understand that the weather is beyond your control, BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide to cancel before setup, a rain check will be issued to use at a later date up to 3 months from original event date. Once setup is complete onsite.....NO REFUNDS.
How long is the rental?
Rentals are up to 8 hours. Latest pickup is at 8:00 pm for Spring-Summer months and 6:00 pm for Fall-Winter months, anything after those timeframes are considered an overnight booking (extra charges apply) and payment is due IMMEDIATELY.
Does the price include setup & delivery?
Price includes setup ONLY, a delivery fee will be added when entering the zip code of the delivery address.
Do you deliver to other cities outside of your delivery zone?
Yes: but please be aware that due to rising gas prices, travel fees may differ (Estimates are available upon request).

Do you setup at parks?
At this time, we DO NOT setup at parks.

What surface do you setup on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Some of our inflatables can be setup indoors, as well. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the inflatables and cause damage which could be considered an expense responsibility on your part (We don't want that for you or ourselves 😊).
Will you provide a CONTRACT to sign?
MOST DEFINITELY! You will be provided the contract at the time of booking to acknowledge & you will be provided a paper copy of the same contract at delivery for you to sign as your acknowledgement.
Are we responsible for the inflatable(s)/concession item(s) if it gets damaged in any way?
Yes: If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds or storming weathers) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which the estimated cost is outlined in the contract. It is very important that you "READ THE CONTRACT" thoroughly as you will become the SUPERVISED operator of the equipment at your event during the time of rental.
Do you provide water & water hoses for the water slides?
No: We DO NOT provide the water NOR the water hose(s). Please make sure the location you want the water slide setup has sufficient water supply and a water hose(s).
Does supplies come with the concessions?
NO: Supplies are purchased separately when the concession items are added to the cart.
What if, after inflatable setup, I decide the spot it is setup at is not good; can I move the inflatable to a better spot?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Once our team arrive to setup, they will ask where you would like the inflatable/concession. If preferred location is safe and level, the product will be placed. Once setup is complete, the inflatable CANNOT be moved to a different area by you NOR your guests.
Can I rent from your business & pick up the inflatable myself?
NO; Customers are prohibited from picking up the inflatables/concessions. Any items rented from our business will be delivered to insure proper setup for you and your guests safety.
How are you handling the cases and news regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Monkeypox, and any other contagious/infections?
We are taking ever precaution and extreme measures to make sure our inflatables and other products are thoroughly cleaned before & after every rental. We utilize cleaning products that are both sanitary and safe for our customers and their guests. We highly suggest making sure all of your guests who will be within close proximity of each other WEAR MASK, if applicable, and sanitize and/or wash their hands with soapy lukewarm water for extra precaution. KEEP SAFE!
